HOW MUCH DOES OPTIVEST CHARGE FOR PROVIDING ADVICE AND SUPPORT SERVICES?
Financial products like medical schemes and Gap Cover, include the cost of the advice and ongoing support service in the cost of the product itself as specified in the Medical Schemes and Short term Acts. As a medical scheme member or Gap Cover policy owner, Optivest does not charge you any additional fee. So, no additional out of pocket payment will be charged when you appoint Optivest as your health care broker.
WHY DO I NEED A FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO PROVIDE ME WITH ADVICE AND SUPPORT?
You may choose a medical scheme benefit option that is not suited to your health cover needs or your budget. As you progress through the different stages of life, your health cover needs will change. Not evaluating your medical scheme option regularly can result in you being over insured and wasting your hard earned money.
